Nick Arrietta Has anybody tried the Ernie Ball Titanium or Cobalt strings? Just had my Fender Strat setup today by my friend and master tech and saw these strings on the shelf so i picked a pack up. Il throw them on in a few days when i kill the strings i just put on. If anybody needs a guitar set up and is in the Montrose CA area Grayson's Tunetown has one of the best techs ever. I'd like to chime in first with my 2 cents, maybe 4 cents this time. For years I was with you there as far as not really wanting to see a band unless they had their original members but that all changed when my wife and I went to San Diego to see Alice in Chains a few years ago. I wasn't sure what to expect with William DuVall on vocals but since AIC is my favorite band that I never got to see we had to go. There is no match to what Layne Staley brought to the table, but William DuVall's sound and energy were enough to sell me the very second they opened up with Love, Hate, Love........We also saw Foreigner a couple of years ago...they were pretty good with Kelly Hansen replacing Lou Gramm.....again, Lou Gramm is the man when I saw Foreigner also in the 80's but Kelly Hansen fills the shoes pretty well..................Good topic Creek. :-)

I am from Orange County.......Santa Ana, California........O.C.. is in the house ! ! !

Where we have everything from great Mexican food to occasional Drive Bye's.....Got to love it here though.

I grew up in Anaheim, Ca. ( yes home of the guy with big ears ) but live happily in Santa Ana now with my awesome family..........We are 25 minutes from the Beach, 60 minutes away from some of the greatest venues for music....The Troubadour - The Roxy Theatre - The Key Club - The Hollywood Bowl - The Greek Theatre etc, 90 minutes from the Mountains and 2 hours from the Deserts.......California Rules!
